shipping Policy

At Greenbro South Africa (Pty) Ltd (also referred to herein as “Greenbro”), we placed warehouses strategically located in Gauteng, KZN, and Cape Town. While our primary Head Office and main warehous is situated in Gauteng, serving as the central hub for distributing our spares and capital equipment. Our KZN and Cape Town branchs do maintain its own small inventory on spares only, unfortunately no capital equipment. In the event that your requested part or equipment is not available at a branch, we offer courier services from our main warehouse in Gauteng, with applicable charges. All our pricing excludes delivery unless otherwise arranged in writing. Courier charges will be applicable for delivery or you may arrange collection from the branch confirming SOH (stock on hand). 


LOCAL SHIPPING (SOUTH AFRICA)

Greenbro offers door-to-door shipping to anywhere in South Africa with our courier partner. Note that courier charges may change at any given time, without prior notice. 

We offer the following services, with pricing subject to variation based on the weight and dimensions of the package:

  • Economy: 2-4 day shipping
  • Express Road Freight: 1-2 day shipping
  • Overnight Express: 1 day shipping 

We aim to dispatch all orders which have been confirmed in stock in our warehouse, within 1 BUSINESS DAY of being placed and payment cleared in our bank. During busy operational times, it may extend to 2 BUSINESS DAYS. If you are purchasing any parts or equipment not stocked by Greenbro delivery times are anyting between 4-7 working day’s as of order placed and payment clears. Any orders placed on a weekend will only ship out the next business day as couriers do not operate on weekends or public holidays. Consequently our office hours are Mon-Fri 7:30am to 16:30pm. 

When ordering from our online store, soon after placing your order, follow-up emails will provide you with your tracking details. All orders can be tracked via the respective courier’s website using your tracking number.

If for any reason you change your mind about a purchase after it has been shipped, the shipment can not be canceled or rerouted mid shipment. This is for security reasons. You’ll need to receive the order and then return it to us at your own expense. Courier fees will apply and will be non refundable.

Returns of this manner will be subject to deductions as outlined in our refund policy in order to recover transaction and courier fees. All orders placed on our website agree and are subject to these terms.


COURIER DELAYS:

Greenbro, as mentioned above, outsources delivery services to our courier partner. Greenbro and the courier companies operate as separate entities and have different policies and procedures. Therefore Greenbro will not be held liable for any courier delays or losses you may incur whils awaiting your shipment, whatsoever.  

Inquiries regarding your shipment should be made directly with the courier companies that service us. All courier contact details are made available on your tracking link at the bottom of the screen, including your tracking number for your convenience.
