If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you are welcome to log a return request witg our office, by emailing your query to Our policy remains valid for 7 days after the delivery or collection of your order. If you haven’t initiated a return request with our office within this timeframe, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. 





Should a customer wish to cancel, return or exchange an order once delivery has already taken place, Greenbro will review the request, subject to the following criteria: 


  • Original proof of purchase (order number, invoice or delivery note) is presented.
  • The item being returned must include the original packaging and be packaged in such a manner as to not be damaged in transit, when returned. Greenbro reserves the right to reject damaged items and packaging.
  • The item has not been damaged, altered, assembled, or tampered with in anyway.
  • The item is not missing parts or components.
  • The cancellation/return request is received by Greenbro within 7 days from receipt of goods.
  • The original shipping cost will not be refunded. This applies even in cases where Greenbro offers free delivery to the customer on the sale of the items as this shipping cost is factored into the selling price of the goods.
  • A handling / restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the sale price. This covers admin fees, labour in preparing the order, etc
  • The customer returns the goods at his/her own cost to the applicable Greenbro Warehouse from which it was purchased. 




After we receive and inspect your return, subject to the return meeting the criteria for a refund, we’ll send you an email to confirm its receipt. Greenbro will determined deductions or surcharges to be deducted from the refund, such amounts shall be communicated to the customer and only after agreement on the final refund amount has been reached will refunds be processed for payment. Refunds may take up to 10 (ten) days from date of receipt of returned goods. Refunds will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a bank account registered in your name. Your request for refund must be accompanied by your banking details.

Note* Any refund paid to your credit card, depending on your bank, can take up to seven (7) working days to reflect in your bank account.


Any approved exchange, credit or refund of a particular product shall apply to that product only and not on any other products purchased from us at the same or at another time, regardless of whether the other items were purchased to accompany this product.
