Founded in 2022, Greenbro South Africa (Pty) Ltd was established by two industry professionals with over 25 years of combined industry experience with a shared passion and vision to deliver practical, high-quality mechanical solutions built on real-world experience. Both our directors gained their expertise working for well-respected companies within the mechanical services sector, where they developed a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of plantroom operations across a wide range of environments.

Greenbro initially began in 2022 as a maintenance-driven business, focusing on the performance, reliability, and longevity of mechanical hot water systems. This hands-on exposure to system failures, inefficiencies, and recurring operational challenges laid the groundwork and realisation that there was a large shortfall in the market for reliable equipment and end-to-end services and is responsible for what Greenbro has become today.

From 2023, Greenbro evolved into a fully integrated mechanical solutions provider, offering end-to-end services that cover design, supply, installation, maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades. This transition allows us to support projects and clients throughout the entire lifecycle of their mechanical systems—ensuring that each solution is engineered, installed, and maintained with long-term performance in mind.

We specialise in mechanical hot water plantroom systems, including heat pumps, hot water storage vessels, accumulator vessels, booster and circulation pumps, and associated mechanical infrastructure. Our experience spans accross multiple brands and system configurations, enabling us to design and implement solutions that are both technically sound and operationally efficient.

To further strengthen our offering, Greenbro designs and manufactures its own range of heat pumps in partnership with a trusted manufacturing facility in China. We are the sole distributors of our own range in South Africa, giving us direct control over product quality, system integration, and after-sales support. This allows us to deliver energy-efficient, purpose-built solutions tailored to local conditions and industry requirements.
